About Our School...
The community of Our Lady of La Salette supports a parish Catholic
School. We believe that our school nurtures the doctrines and traditions
of the Catholic faith and helps all students grow spiritually. Within a
structured and nurturing environment, our students develop their
intellectual and social skills; as well as their moral values. The
faculty and staff are dedicated to helping each student develop his/her
own potential. A discount on tuition may be offered to registered
parishioners who actively support the parish community through an
appropriate offering of their time, talents and treasure.
Our Lady of La Salette School is accredited by the Michigan Nonpublic
School Accrediting Association and is recognized for academic
excellence.
The school offers preschool and kindergarten programs as well as grades
one through eight.
We provide students with a secure and disciplined environment, superior
academic achievement, growth in religious awareness and an appreciation
of Catholic Christian morals and values.
The Core Curriculum includes:
Religion

Enrollment in our Catholic school offers parents many opportunities to
assist in the spiritual, social and moral development of their children
and to participate in the school life.
The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) at Our Lady of La Salette consists
of all parents whose children attend our school. The PTO is responsible
for enhancing the educational process by sponsoring cultural activities
and offsetting expenses of the school. It organizes fundraisers to help
pay for the school’s computer science and other educational programs.
The Boosters are a group of parishioners organized to support the youth
athletic programs and various parish activities. The group emphasizes
sportsmanship and Christian values. The Boosters spend time working and
socializing together. Membership is open to all parish members and the
parents of youth participants in the sports programs.
